Shipping, warranty, and returns

Warranty:

Cook Tractor Parts inc. offers a return policy on the purchase price of your used parts for 90 days. Any parts returned after 90 days shall incur a 10% restocking fee. No returns after one year from the date of purchase. No labor or shipping costs will be covered under warranty. Refund will not be for more than the purchase price of the item purchased. Rebuilt parts are covered for 1 year after date of purchase from manufacturing/re-manufacturing defects.

Shipping and Returns:

Shipping will be calculated at the time of check out if a total can be determined at that time. If it can not be determined at the time of check out, then shipping will be calculated after your order is placed. You will be contacted with the total before you are billed, and the order is shipped.

You have 90 days to return any product for any reason. If it was defective when received or the wrong item see our warranty policy. You must submit a claim on this website and get the RMA #. The RMA# must accompany the package when it is returned.
